SITECH Strengthens Leadership Excellence at the SITECH Leadership Conference 2025

SITECH successfully hosted the SITECH Leadership Conference 2025, bringing together the company’s leadership and management teams from across Pakistan for two days of strategic discussions, knowledge sharing, and organizational alignment.

Day 1: Aligning Strategy and Strengthening Collaboration

The conference commenced with a comprehensive review of the organization’s performance, providing leaders with an opportunity to reflect on key achievements, evaluate progress, and align on strategic priorities for the year ahead.

The day’s activities concluded with the Annual Dinner, attended by the Director General COP, followed by an engaging Tambola Night that encouraged networking, strengthened relationships, and celebrated the collaborative spirit of the SITECH family.

The second day focused on recognizing achievements, promoting knowledge exchange, and reinforcing SITECH’s culture of continuous learning and innovation.

The program featured the recognition of SITECH’s recent feature in Business Recorder, highlighting the organization’s growing industry presence. Participants also attended an insightful guest speaker session on the leadership pillars required for the next decade, offering valuable perspectives on navigating an evolving business landscape.

Another key session, Leadership Insights Over a Cup, encouraged open dialogue among leaders, providing a platform to share experiences, discuss challenges, and exchange ideas that support organizational growth.

The conference also showcased innovative ideas and best practices presented by high-performing employees, with outstanding presentations receiving recognition from senior management. The event concluded with an awards and souvenir distribution ceremony, celebrating exceptional performance, teamwork, and dedication across the organization.

Group Director Internal Audit and Digitalization

Sohail Ismail, Group Director Internal Audit and Digitalization, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in all spectrum of business value creation including, but not limited to, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act Compliance, Internal and External Audits, Due Diligence Reviews, etc. His passion for Digital technologies, dedicated leadership qualities coupled with understanding of finance and Enterprise Resource Planning offerings, has enabled him to digitalize the Corporate organizations he has worked with, in Pakistan and Middle East. He has proven himself to be Big Data Savy and implemented real-time Business Intelligence solutions in various organizations.
