The day revolved around revisiting key lessons and insights from the program. It provided a chance to hear directly from the SITECH Leadership Team and gain a deeper understanding of the strategic direction.

The collective alignment with SITECH’s vision was emphasized as crucial for its continued success followed by a brief ceremony to celebrate achievements, including the presentation of awards to both individuals and teams who demonstrated excellent performance in the FY 2022-23.
Petroleum Refinery Business Management and staff gathered to celebrate the SITECH Excellence Award 2023 to Petroleum Business Team and awards received by high-achieving employees of the entity. The Managing Director of Petroleum delivered a motivational speech during the event, encouraging and boosting the morale of the staff to strive for excellence and aspire to become high achievers in the coming year and contributed for the progress of Petroleum Business.

Sohail Ismail, Group Director Internal Audit and Digitalization, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in all spectrum of business value creation including, but not limited to, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act Compliance, Internal and External Audits, Due Diligence Reviews, etc. His passion for Digital technologies, dedicated leadership qualities coupled with understanding of finance and Enterprise Resource Planning offerings, has enabled him to digitalize the Corporate organizations he has worked with, in Pakistan and Middle East. He has proven himself to be Big Data Savy and implemented real-time Business Intelligence solutions in various organizations. SITECH is well positioned to deliver its vision of implementing 4.0 Industrial revolution under his leadership.

Mr. Nabeel Rafique is the Group Director Finance & Strategy and a Board Member.
