SITECH Group has successfully concluded a series of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Orientation Sessions led by Group Head HSE, Mr. Asif Baig.
The sessions were held at the SITECH Headquarters and across all six business entities, which operate in large-scale manufacturing, steels and alloys, machine tools, chemicals, mining, and oil refining. The focus was on the SITECH Safety Policy and the Internal HSE Audit Framework. The objective was to align all teams with updated HSE policies, reinforce internal audit standard operating procedures, and strengthen safety compliance expectations across the Group.
Active participation was demonstrated by employees from all departments. Following and implementing HSE practices will now form part of all employees’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Participants were encouraged to raise potential safety issues and propose possible solutions, fostering a proactive and collaborative safety culture. Employees who demonstrate outstanding involvement and initiative in safety matters will be formally recognized and rewarded.
Departmental leaders and Plant Safety Committees participated alongside employees, reinforcing a unified approach to health, safety, and environment management. This initiative reflects SITECH Group’s ongoing commitment to maintaining consistent safety standards and ensuring compliance across all operations.

Sohail Ismail, Group Director Internal Audit and Digitalization, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in all spectrum of business value creation including, but not limited to, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act Compliance, Internal and External Audits, Due Diligence Reviews, etc. His passion for Digital technologies, dedicated leadership qualities coupled with understanding of finance and Enterprise Resource Planning offerings, has enabled him to digitalize the Corporate organizations he has worked with, in Pakistan and Middle East. He has proven himself to be Big Data Savy and implemented real-time Business Intelligence solutions in various organizations.
