The SITECH Graduate Development Programme is a one-year program for fresh graduates, designed to deliver hands-on experience, real-time industry exposure, and structured thematic learning. Selected candidates will join as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) or Trainee Engineers (TEs) and embark on an immersive journey across SITECH’s diverse functions. The program ensures a well-rounded development experience, equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and exposure needed for a strong career foundation.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (minimum 16 years of education) from an accredited university.
• A minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Age limit: 26 years.
• Degree must be from a HEC recognized university.

Sohail Ismail, Group Director Internal Audit and Digitalization, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in all spectrum of business value creation including, but not limited to, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act Compliance, Internal and External Audits, Due Diligence Reviews, etc. His passion for Digital technologies, dedicated leadership qualities coupled with understanding of finance and Enterprise Resource Planning offerings, has enabled him to digitalize the Corporate organizations he has worked with, in Pakistan and Middle East.
