SITECH proudly hosted its Leadership Conference 2024 at PC Bhurban, bringing together senior leadership, key stakeholders, and high-performing employees for an engaging two-day event centered on growth, collaboration, and recognition with the core theme of “I-Believe”. The event marked the extraordinary turnaround story of SITECH on its 03rd Anniversary through the resounding belief of our visionary Group CEO.
The conference commenced with an inspiring address by Group CEO, outlining SITECH’s astounding turnaround story pivoting the importance of self-belief and dedication. Group CEO also inspired the participants with SITECH’s future trajectory and strategic priorities focusing on “Growth Mindset”.
This was followed by interactive team-building activities, fostering collaboration and synergy among teams from across SITECH entities. The day concluded with SITECH’s 3rd-Aanniversary celebrations, cake cutting and annual dinner, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey.
Day two began with the official launch of SITECH’s new dynamic website, a step forward in strengthening the company’s digital presence and footprints.
Followed by a panel discussion with a key corporate client which provided tremendous value addition and real time insights. This was followed by insightful presentations from SITECH High Achievers, who shared key developments and success stories.
The event also featured a farewell tribute to MD Machine Tools, Mr. Abid Mumtaz, acknowledging his invaluable contributions to SITECH’s growth.
Finally, the conference culminated in the prestigious SITECH Awards 2024, recognizing outstanding individuals and entities for their exceptional performance and contributions.

Sohail Ismail, Group Director Internal Audit and Digitalization, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in all spectrum of business value creation including, but not limited to, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act Compliance, Internal and External Audits, Due Diligence Reviews, etc. His passion for Digital technologies, dedicated leadership qualities coupled with understanding of finance and Enterprise Resource Planning offerings, has enabled him to digitalize the Corporate organizations he has worked with, in Pakistan and Middle East. He has proven himself to be Big Data Savy and implemented real-time Business Intelligence solutions in various organizations. SITECH is well positioned to deliver its vision of implementing 4.0 Industrial revolution under his leadership.

He leads cross-functional teams to nurture sustainable, long-term growth for the organization and collaborates with leadership to shape and execute strategic plans to achieve SITECH’s long-term objectives. He manages key client relationships, builds new ones, evaluates, and selects prospective vendors, and skillfully negotiates contracts to expand SITECH’s customer base and increase revenue streams.

Mr. Nabeel Rafique is the Group Director Finance & Strategy and a Board Member. With an overall experience of 25 years working in prominent multinational and local companies, he holds expertise in the formulation of business strategy and implementation, business transformation, re-organization, turnaround of businesses, and project management. His significant achievements include transforming loss-making entities into profitable streams, handling multiple organizations simultaneously with multi-cultural stakeholders, deriving long and mid-term financial planning, team development, multi-billion financing and ensuring economic viability for collaboration with stakeholders.

Mr. Muhammad Bilal Yunus is a thorough professional and skilled leader deputed for secretarial, collaborative and governance roles of Support Industries and Technologies (SITECH). He has command, staff, and operational experience of over 30 years of service in the Army. During his career in diverse roles, he gained multi-faceted experience in functional areas, including but not limited to, human resource development, planning & training, operational and strategic planning.
